Arkady Shilkloper is an internationally acclaimed musician whose creativity knows no bounds. He is a wanderer, a seeker. Just as he moves easily between serious and popular music, he also oscillates between continents and cultures. Travel and change are constants in the virtuoso’s life, experimentation and the desire for new things are his elixir of life. One of the most unusual Russian musicians, Arkady plays the French horn, alphorn, corno da caccia, bird horn, didgeridoo, elephant horn and many other wind instruments you wouldn’t expect.

Composer and pianist Roman Stolyar is often called one of the key figures in Russian improvised music. He has performed in 27 countries collaborating with a number of internationally renowned improvisers, including Dominic Duval, William Parker, Vinny Golya, Oliver Lake, Susan Allen, Thomas Buckner, Weasel Walter, Assif Tsahar, Martin Kuchen, Glen Hall, and many others. His improvisational workshops have garnered him an international reputation, and have led to many invitations to create and implement workshops for organizations and universities around the world.
